Tom has excelled in the United States Air Force, as President of a private construction services firm for twenty years, and as CEO of Comfort Homes for eight years.  In addition, he served twelve years as an Executive Representative over eight units of the Boy Scouts of America, six years on his local school Board of Trustees, and seventeen years as an ecclesiastical leader with his local Church.

Tom has been married 40 years and has 6 children and 27 grandchildren.
