Rocky Fischer is the founder and CEO of 123 Postcards, a leader in dental direct mail marketing.  As CEO he pioneered the concept of full-featured discount direct mail marketing for dentists, and Implemented the concept from scratch, including the creation and management of the sales, marketing, accounting, and administrative departments.

Rocky previously served as CEO and Chairman of the Board for #1 Paintball Corporation for almost five years, where he oversaw the creation and growth of the company from inception to over eighty employees at multiple locations with seven figures in annual revenues.

In the past, Rocky has worked for other companies and founded additional businesses across a wide spectrum of industries and functions.  Rocky has provided operational and executive leadership while serving as an executive and board member at select companies, and has practiced a broad range of skills including marketing, fund raising, website development and search engine optimization, relationship and transactional sales, and financial modeling.

Rocky received his bachelors degree from Brigham Young University, and his Juris Doctorate of Law from the University of Kentucky.  He is originally from Idaho and is married to his sweetheart, Janalen, with whom he raises three smiley children.

Tom Chandler is the President and COO of 123postcards.com and runs day-to-day operations at corporate headquarters, as well as leading the accounting and finance departments.  Tom has a strong background in operations and finance with over 40 years in executive leadership and operational execution.

Tom began his career with the United States Air Force security police where he learned discipline and attention to detail.  He then served as President of a private construction services business where he ran operations for over twenty years.  Tom spent eight years as the CEO of Comfort Homes, a residential general contractor, before joining 123 Postcards as the President and COO.

Tom is very committed to his community and has served 12 years as an Executive Representative over 8 units of the Boy Scouts of America, 6 years on his local school Board of Trustees, and 17 years as an ecclesiastical leader with his local Church.   

Tom is a family man whose claim to fame is being married 41 years, with 6 children and 27 grandchildren to show for it.
