So how many new patients can you get a doctor?
  As you can imagine, it varies based on a number of variables such as their market size, competition in the market, etc.  Even the reputation of the doctor can have an impact.  They may get 3-5, 8-10, or more new patients each month.  Typically the number of new patients month to month will build over time, especially in the first several months.

Are they good quality patients?

Why should I choose this service, my marketing program is guaranteed?

How long does it take once I get you my information?
  It does not take long at all.  Typically between 1 and 3 weeks to begin sending you new patients.

What if a new patient books an appointment but does not show up or rebook another appointment?
You are not charged for that.  You never have to worry that you are going to have to pay for something that you did not actually realize as a legitimate New Patient.

Will you help us convert the calls you send into New Patients?
  Yes we will.  We want to do all we can to help the practice turn as many of the calls and emails you receive into New Patients.  We monitor what your front desk's conversion is, and you will receive comprehensive monthly reporting that show what things need to be focused on to get the best results.

What is involved in the setup?
 As soon as we have received the initial setup fee we will send out a Welcome Packet via email to the contact person you designate for us to work with, normally the Office Manager or Marketing Director.  We will review with them the process and the few items we need them to gather such as your logo, hours, pictures, etc.  Once we have the information back from them, it will take between 1 and 3 weeks typically to begin sending you new patients.

What if I already have a website?
  That's great because the website we will develop is specifically designed to track all our marketing efforts and provide you with accurate information about all the new patients we will be bringing to your practice.
