When we are introduced to a new Dentist they are always shocked when they realize they finally found someone willing to "put their money where their mouth is" and actually deliver new patients before asking for payment.
Typical marketing and advertising groups sound great as long as you are willing to take the risk. They have a great story, but somehow when all is said and done, all the promises and guarantees still end with you fronting the money before they produce any results. You are left hoping the will live up to what they said. Often the story does not have a happy ending.
