Position Summary

Looking for a pleasant, fast, doer with strong technical skills.  Throughput, organization, and speed are a must. Great pay and excellent benefits including paid health care and 401k.

The Client Services Coordinator works with a team to provide customer service to a book of business of 100+ active clients. Responsible for organizing team schedules, calendar events and Salesforce tasks. Assist Client Services Director with their monthly progress emails and correspondence by researching and auditing clients’ campaign results. Create new orders and submit design and map requests in a timely manner. Escalate any issues to VP of Partner Relations. 

Pay starts at $38,000/annual DOE, and position includes a fantastic benefits package.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years inside account management
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
  • Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
  • High-level expertise with spreadsheets, word processing, and project management
  • Google platform proficiency
  • Type 50+ WPM
  • Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
  • Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience on a Mac
