Position Summary

Looking for a pleasant, fast, doer with strong technical skills.  Throughput, organization, and speed are a must. Great pay and excellent benefits including paid health care and 401k.

Onboard all new clients through an onboarding phone call. Must have a strong knowledge of all vendors to cater call based off of the products the clients have purchased. Set proper expectations through the onboarding call and the summary and action item email. Keep their account info organized through detailed Salesforce notes and tasks. Timely follow-up with the client to gather deliverables to fulfill on their purchased portal products. Strong communication with team and clients.


Pay starts at $50,000/annual DOE (plus bonuses), and position includes a fantastic benefits package.

  • Expert at all vendor & process details
  • Quick at throughput
  • Extremely proficient in spreadsheets, documents, excel, powerpoint, MS project and flowchart experience are a plus.
  • Can give direction 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years sales, inside sales or account management experience
  • A minimum G.E.D or High School Diploma Equivalent
  • A desire to work in a team environment and a drive to learn and work in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
  • High-level expertise with spreadsheets, word processing, and project management
  • Google platform proficiency
  • Type 50+ WPM
  • Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
  • Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Service or related field
  • Direct phone B2B customer service experience
  • Experience on a Mac
